In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, the Parties agree to resolve the matter through arbitration as follows: Arbitration Location: Arbitration shall primarily be administered by the State of Delhi Arbitration Court: Delhi Commercial Arbitration Centre in accordance with its Arbitration Rules, which are deemed incorporated by reference into this clause: Seat of Arbitration: Delhi Language of Arbitration: English.
